Warrior Night is Mandatory for all Families! Grades K-8

Items to be completed prior to Warrior Night >>>
Step 01 | Sign up for Warrior Night Time Slot
Warrior Night is mandatory for all families attending Zion, Grades K-8
Please sign up one time slot per family, list all students attending and grade level.

Step 02 | Complete School Fees Form
Complete and submit the back to school fees form. This includes all the fees for the school year for programs, books, curriculum, and incidential fees.
This form will provide you with an estimate for total due on Warrior Night. We will apply any remaining credits or balances to your amount on that night. Please complete this form to the best of your knowledge of the activities and programs your student intends to participate in.

Step 03 | Free & Reduced Lunch Form
Complete this form and bring with you on Warrior Night
2025-2026 Indiana State Free & Reduced Form, to be completed for each student.

NOTE: Skyward Parent Accounts are set to release on July 23rd to all K-8 families. You will receive email notification of your account and their may be additional forms to complete upon account creation.
